It's amazing how much thought, work and energy goes into this sort of project. Much more involved than a kit build, not that that's a piece of cake. Thanks Rich!
January 18, 2025 - Thanks to Kevin King, founder and CEO of Anatra for kicking off our new year with an exciting, fascinating run-through of his company's lofty plans for amphibius cargo drones that have the potential to fundamentally change the shipping, especially into locations that may be dangerous for manned supply vehicles. Thank you Kevin, and 2025 is off to a great start!
October 19, 2024 - We had a beautiful day for our annual picnic and remembrance of Bobby Cox, our founder and benefactor, who passed away last December. Thanks to all the Chapter members who did the work to make the event happen, and to Rosalyn Cox for allowing us to use her patio for the event. We had several folks fly in to allow us to inspect their aircraft, and we had an awesome flyby by The Bandit Flight Team. A number of Chapter members shared their "Bobby" stories, though one of the best had to be Rosalyn's story about her first couple of dates with Bobby. Amazing.
