NOTE: Any information collected during the PayPal payment process will only be used to handle your Event payment. This information will not be used for any other purpose, or sold to any third parties.
If not using PayPal, please download and fill out the reservation form and mail it to the address on the form, along with a check for the tickets. Reservations must be received by January 16, 2025, so mail no later than January 13.
For online reservation, please complete the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FXXNGHP. Then return to this page, scan the QR code below with your mobile device, and pay via PayPal ($35 per adult, $25 per child), adding a note stating "Event". If navigation via the PayPal QR code sends you to a PayPal account creation window and you already have a PayPal account, scroll down to the login button. Please complete by January 16, 2025.
Reservations MUST be received by January 16; this page will be disabled that day at midnight. Previously unpaid walk-ins at the event will be turned away.
